About Tonya
Tonya Kowa-Morelli started at Huston Patterson in 2004 as a Client Services Manager after a very successful period selling insurance. She graduated from the University of Illinois- Chicago in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing before joining Aflac from 2002-2004. Tonya then accepted a position at Huston Patterson as a Client Services Manager, overseeing client development for HP’s west coast territory. In 2010, Tonya earned a promotion to Vice President of Sales & Marketing before again earning a promotion to company President in 2014.
Since joining the company, Tonya has become an experienced executive leading Huston Patterson to record growth both internally and in terms of revenue. Her current responsibilities include formulating organizational policies which enforce her vision for Huston Patterson and to which meet her aspirations of growth. In addition to becoming a hands on leader internally, Tonya is also responsible for handling all corporate contracts and negotiations, while staying active in sales as the primary contact for clients in Florida. During her time at Huston Patterson Tonya has received multiple awards, including Highest Value Added (2020), Highest Percentage of Growth (2020), Macon County’s 40 Under 40 and Printing Impression’s Emerging Leader Award. Tonya also serves as the Membership Chair for YPO the Illinois Chapter’s Executive Board of Directors.
Tonya currently lives in Illinois with her husband Joe and their four children.
